A Tip From WAPA To Save $$ On Your Home Energy Bill

Be Part of the Solution. You have the Power!

TURN OFF FANS YOU ARE NOT USING

= $28 savings
Consider turning off the fans when you leave the room. Most homes have multiple fans and each one uses about 100 Watts of electricity. By leaving them on all the time, the money really adds up. If you have 3 fans and leave each one on 24 hours per day, the energy cost for using them is $69 per month. If you turn the 3 fans off when you are not home, using them 10 hours less each day, you will save over $28 per month.
