On Sunday, August 19, 2018, several areas on St. Thomas’ Feeder 8B will experience electrical service interruption while crews continue working to upgrade the transmission and distribution system. From 5 am to 10 am, service will be interrupted to approximately 15 in Hospital Ground, and from 10 am to 12 pm, approximately 820 customers in Ross Taarneberg and Mafolie will be affected.

Motorists traversing the areas where work is being performed are asked to proceed with caution for the safety of crews, pedestrians and other drivers.

The Authority apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this service interruption and assures customers that every effort will be made to restore electrical service as quickly as possible.
