The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority advises that its on-line payment portal will undergo a maintenance upgrade on Friday, April 12, 2019. During this upgrade, on-line payments cannot be processed. The upgrade will begin at 6 a.m. and continue through 10 a.m.

WAPA reminds the public that despite the unavailability of the website payment feature, there are several available options by which customers can make payment on their accounts. These include pay by phone, self-service payment kiosks, at local bank branches of First Bank and Banco Popular, or by visiting a WAPA customer service center.
