Water Interruptions Scheduled for Sugar Estate and Haven-sight Areas Tonight The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is advising its St. Thomas water customers that technicians will be replacing valves in the Mandela Circle Intersection. Customers in the area of Estate Thomas New Quarters and Haven-sight will experience water service interruption from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. This work is part of the Long Bay Centerline Road project being done by Department of Public Works. The Authority sincerely regrets the extended period of water service interruption to customers in the area and will make every effort possible to complete the work in a timely manner. The public’s patience and understanding is appreciated.
