WAPA UPGRADING ONLINE CUSTOMER PAYMENT SERVICE

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is alerting its online customers that the payment option on its website will be unavailable on Saturday, September 5 from 12 to 3 p.m. The Authority is migrating its payment service to a new server and will be upgrading existing software to enhance customer communications and billing.

When the upgrade is completed, customers without a PIN (personal identification number) can take advantage of the new online customer payment features by requesting a PIN from customerservice@viwapa.vi
