WAPA ALERT: Service Interrupted to Several Feeders IN STT/STJ DISTRICT

    Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority plant personnel are working to bring Unit #23, at the Randolph Harley Power Plant, back on line after a fuel leak caused the unit to shutdown unexpectedly. Service interruptions were put into effect as technicians work to restore the unit to full operation. Until 11:30 a.m., the following feeders will be affected:

 

Feeder 9CFort Mylner, Mandahl, Mariendahl, Nadir, Mahogany Run/Estate Lovenlund and other neighboring areas.

Feeder 9DBolongo Bay, Bovoni, Frenchman’s Bay, Thomasville and other neighboring areas.

Feeder 9ECruz Bay, Enighed, Chocolate Hole, Contant (STJ) and other neighboring areas.

 

From 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the following feeders will experience service interruptions:

Feeder 6A - Estate Pearl, Bordeaux, Santa Maria, Contant and other neighboring areas.

Feeder 8B - Mafolie, Magens Bay, portions of Annas Retreat, Peterborg and other neighboring areas.

Feeder 10B - Bakkeroe, Bolongo, Havensight, Flag Hill and other neighboring areas.

 

WAPA regrets the service interruptions and will restore feeders as soon as possible.
