EMERGENCY WATER LINE REPAIR THIS MORNING IN FRENCHTOWN AREA

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is advising water customers in the Frenchtown area that crews will be making emergency repairs on a 10-inch main water mainline in the vicinity of the bridge by One Stop convenience store beginning this morning. Water will be interrupted to portions of Frenchtown until repairs are completed, however, there will be no interruption at the Adelita Cancryn School.

Motorists are asked to drive cautiously in the area for the safety of crews, pedestrians, and other motorists.

WAPA regrets any inconvenience caused by the repairs and will make every effort to restore service as soon as possible.
