2 P.M. Update St. Thomas Rotation Schedule Continues

ROTATING Service InterruptIONS CONTINUE IN THE STt/stj DISTRICT
Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority plant personnel continue work on generating Unit #23 in the Randolph Harley Power Plant on St. Thomas. As a result, the Authority has implemented a rotation schedule today. Customers are reminded that times are approximate, however each interruption is expected to last for two hours.
The following feeders will experience service interruptions from approximately 2-4 p.m.:
- Feeder #6A includes Bonne Esperance, Bordeaux, Bournefield, Fortuna, Hope, Scott Free, Pearl Estate and neighboring areas
- Feeder #7B includes First through 10th Streets, Lockhart Gardens, Pearson Gardens, Harris Court, Raphune Hill and neighboring areas
- Feeder #9C Brookman, Charlotte Amalie, Fort Mylner, Hoffman, Nadir, Mandahl, Donoe, Wintberg Peak and neighboring areas
- Feeder #9D includes Benner Hill, Bolongo Bay, Bovoni, Compass Point, Frydenhoj, Sawk Hill, Nadir, Thomasville and neighboring areas..
Updates will be sent out periodically and will also be available at www.viwapa.vi; www.vialert.gov, WAPA’s Facebook page, by listening to local radio stations, and by calling (340) 774-3552 and pressing #6 for a recorded message.
