WAPA’s St. Thomas Customer Service Office Moves to Four Winds Plaza

Office Opens Tuesday, September 2, 2014

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority’s Customer Service, Collections, and Revenue Assurance offices will open at the new Four Winds Plaza location on Tuesday, September 2, at 7:30a.m. The office complex at Beltjen Road on St. Thomas will operate normal business hours, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., until Friday, August 29, but with limited operations on Friday. The Beltjen Rd. office will officially close at the end of Friday’s business day and the office will open at the Four Winds Plaza location, with full services, on Tuesday, September 2.

Customers are reminded, and urged, to use alternate payment options, which include making online payments at; making payments at local banks; or mailing a check or money order using the envelope included with the billing statement. To secure a password for online payments, send an email to
