WAPA Offices Closed for Run-Off Election

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority offices throughout the territory, to include the customer services offices, will be closed on Tuesday, November 18, which has been declared a legal holiday by Governor John deJongh, Jr., in observance of the Run-Off Gubernatorial Election.  Regular operating hours will resume on Wednesday, November 19, at 7:30 a.m. for the St. Croix and St. Thomas offices, and 8 a.m. on St. John.

 Customers are reminded that other payment options are available, to include online payments at; placing a check or money order in the drop boxes at WAPA business offices or by mail using the envelope included with the billing statement.  

 WAPA automated water standpipes operate 24 hours each day, and will not be affected.  To report water problems on St. Thomas/St. John call 340-775-5873 or on St. Croix call 340-773-3775.  Customers experiencing service emergencies or planning work near power lines should first advise WAPA by calling 340-774-1424 in the St. Thomas/St. John district or 340-773-0150 on St. Croix.
