Tue Jul 27 -- St. Thomas -- Water Operations crews will repair a leak on the 24-inch water main along the waterfront bulkhead today. The work involves excavation in the vicinity of Royal Dane Mall and closure of the left westbound lane on Veterans Drive. Work will begin this morning and should be completed by 8 p.m.  While the repair work is underway, potable water customers in the downtown area will experience either reduced water pressure or a complete water service interruption. Water service should be restored to all customers by later tonight.
