Sat Jul 31 -- St. Croix -- A WAPA contractor will replace faulty underground electrical equipment along King Street in downtown Christiansted today. The failed equipment is the source of an electrical service interruption that has affected approximately thirteen customers since Friday morning. Those affected by the outage include commercial and residential customers.  The Authority projects that repair work should be completed and service restored by Saturday afternoon.
