Thu Jul 15 -- St. Thomas -- WAPA's customer service office at Port of Sale Mall is closed to allow for sanitization and deep cleaning of the facilities. The public will be advised when normal office hours resume. 

Until normal operations resume, customers can utilize the following options should they wish to make payments or their electrical or potable water service accounts: online transactions at www.viwapa.vi, pay-by-phone or Auto Pay. Customers may also deposit a check or postal money order in drop boxes at customer service locations.
