Thu Aug 12 -- St. Thomas -- Water operations crews will repair a leaking service connection on Garden Street today. Work will commence at 9 a.m. While this work will not require a water service interruption, traffic flow will be limited to one lane while work is underway. Flaggers will be on site to assist with traffic control.
