U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority wishes to inform the public that its online payment platform will be unavailable beginning Friday, February 3, 2023, at 4 PM AST through Monday, February 6, 2023, at 8 AM AST for system maintenance.
While the online payment system is unavailable, the Authority will not be performing disconnects related to unpaid bills on Monday, February 6, 2023, to allow customers adequate time to submit payment. Disconnections for unpaid bills will resume on Tuesday, February 7, 2023.
Please note, customers can still place a check or money order in drop boxes located at customer service offices, as well as make payments at a First Bank, Banco Popular or Bank of St. Croix location. Customers can also pay their bill by telephone by dialing 340-774-3552 or 340-773-2250 and selecting Option 3 for Automatic Bill Pay.
The Authority encourages customers to schedule payments ahead of time and thanks the public for its cooperation.
