U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority’s (“WAPA” or “Authority”) substation personnel continue working to locate the fault on Feeder 13 that occurred at 8:57am on Sunday, October 29, 2023. To minimize the impact to customers, feeders will be placed on 2-hour rotations. Please note the rotation schedule is subject to change once load can be accommodated. Any changes made will only affect the feeders within the set time block.
The Authority will provide additional updates once received, and thanks the community for its patience as diligent efforts continue to identify and repair Feeder 13 fault to restore service.
