ST. JOHN, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or “Authority”) would like to inform customers and community members on the island of St. John of a temporary  road closure on the Westbound Lane on Vester Gade near Uncle Joe's Barbeque on Friday , May 31st , 2024.  Westbound Traffic will detour onto Edward Moorehead BLVD.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  

The purpose of this Road Closure is to allow the Authority's Water System Maintenance Crew to excavate and repair a leak in front of Uncle Joe's Barbeque. Repairs are estimated to end at 5:00 PM.
