The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is soliciting proposals for the following:

PR-04-27 Substation Power Transformer Testing Evaluation RFP

The Authority shall hold a Pre-Bid Meeting on Friday, October 9, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., AST.

Please note that the last day for submitting any questions to this proposal is Friday, October 16, 2026, at 3:00 p.m, AST.  Responses to questions submitted in accordance with this request for proposal shall be transmitted to offerors no later than Friday, October 23, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., AST.

A complete copy of the proposal must be submitted electronically in PDF format on or before, Friday, October 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., AST. A performance bond commitment letter must also be included with your proposal.

 The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
