The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority’s Customer Service Office in Sunny Isle on St. Croix is closed today, Monday, October 29, 2018.

Over the weekend, the Authority closed the building to employees to commence an industrial cleaning and inspection process. While the cleaning was completed, the inspection continues. The contractor has indicated that inspection of the premises will be completed by 1pm, and employees can then return to their respective offices. In light of these events, the Customer Service Office will remain closed today, however regular operating hours will resume tomorrow, Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at 7:30 a.m.

Customers are reminded of the other payment options available, to include: online payments, pay-by-phone system by calling 774-3552 or 773-2250, placing a check or money order in the drop boxes at WAPA business offices, paying at the local Banco Popular and First Bank branches, or by mail using the envelope included with the billing statement. While the St. Croix Customer Service Office is closed, customers can still make calls to 773-2250, as the calling system is functionally connected to all three islands.
