The Governing Board of the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority will hold an Emergency Meeting on Wednesday, November 14, 2018. The meeting will be held at 3:45 p.m. on St. Thomas, in the Al Cohen Conference Room.

3. ACTION ITEMS:
   1. Authorizing the extension of the maturity date of Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority Electric System Subordinated Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2016A (the "Series 2016A Subordinated Notes").
   2. Authorizing the issuance of the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority Electric System Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2018B pursuant to the terms of the Eighth Supplemental Resolution refunding the Series 2016A BAN financing the Streetlight Project.
   3. Authorizing the increase in the principal amount and extending the maturity of the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority Electric System Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2018C pursuant to the terms of the Ninth Supplemental Resolution to secure the Community Disaster Loans.
   4. Authorizing all things necessary with respect to the resignation of The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee under the Authority's Electric Revenue Bond Resolution and the appointment of a UMB as the new Trustee.
