The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority’s St. Thomas Customer Service Office, in the Port of Sale Mall, will close at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, December 7, for a departmental staff meeting. Regular operating hours will resume on Monday, December 10, at 7:30 a.m.

Customers are reminded that while this office is closed, other payment options are available, to include online payments at www.viwapa.vi; placing a check or money order in the drop boxes at WAPA business office or by mail using the envelope included with the billing statement.

Service requests can be made by visiting the Authority’s website www.viwapa.vi, and clicking the red and yellow button on the home screen for immediate attention, as line crews, plant and water operators, and telephone dispatchers are on duty. For other matters, please email communications@viwapa.vi
