Potable water service to several areas on St. Croix will be affected on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 while Water Distribution crews make repairs to a leaking 12” water main in the Red Brick Housing Community. Work will begin at 8:30 a.m. and should be completed by 2:30 pm.

While repair work is underway, various areas of the island will experience either low water pressure or no water service including: Lew Muckle Elementary School, Word of Life School in Estate Work & Rest, Richmond, LBG Gardens, Friendensthal, Contentment, Hermon Hill, Beeston Hill, Aldersville, Questa Verde, Catherine’s Rest, Work & Rest, Humbug, and Tamarind.

Water Distribution crews will make every effort to minimize the duration of Wednesday’s service interruption.
