The governing board of the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. The meeting, which is open to the public, will be held at WAPA’s Administrative Offices at Sunny Isle, St. Croix.
