U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority would like to inform the public of an upcoming road closure in Cruz Bay, St. John as part of the Cruz Bay Underground Project.  The road closure will affect a section of Bay Street between Gallows Point Resort and Grande Bay Resort and will be closed to vehicular traffic Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM.  This schedule will be in place beginning this Monday September 12, 2022 through Friday October 21, 2022.  The road closure will allow for the completion of excavation work needed to continue the Cruz Bay Underground Project.

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority apologizes for any inconvenience this detour causes and thanks the community for its patience.  Please see traffic control plan below for an exact outline of impacted areas.
