U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or “Authority”) would like to inform customers and community members that all business offices will be opening at 11AM on Friday, January 20, 2023, as employees attend an internal memorial service for former WAPA employee, Kathleen D. Smith, affectionately known as “Kathy”.
