U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA or “Authority”) wishes to inform the public that the Authority’s online payment platform will resume operation today, March 15, 2023, starting at 10 AM.

Paying your bill online is one of the most convenient ways to view payment history and stay current with payments.  Access to the payment system can be found by visiting https://www.viwapa.vi/ and clicking on the “Pay Your Bill Online” icon in the upper right-hand corner.
