U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or “Authority”) would like to advise the public as part of the Campo Rico Waterline Rehabilitation Project on St. Croix, VI Paving will be closing Hannah’s Rest Road for construction beginning tomorrow, Wednesday April 12, 2023, from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. A separate public notice will be released once an end date has been established. Flaggers and signage will be present at all work zones, and motorists are advised to exercise caution. Please see traffic control plan below for an exact outline of impacted areas.
The Campo Rico Waterline Rehabilitation Project will benefit St. Croix’s Campo Rico community by improving water quality, reducing system wide water loss, and improving infrastructure and system reliability.
