U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA or “Authority”) would like to inform the public of a scheduled electrical service interruption on the island of St. Croix, related to work being conducted on manholes on Melvin Evans Highway, near Midland Substation.
Feeders 10A, 10B, 9B, 8B, 9A and 6B will experience a momentary outage on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at 8 AM and again on Monday, June 5, 2023, at 6 PM, as WAPA personnel deenergize and isolate the work zone to allow contractors to safely perform work on the respective feeders.
