U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or “Authority”) would like to advise the public that Crystal Gade on the island of St. Thomas will be closed tomorrow June 23, 2023, from 8 AM – 1 PM. The road closure will allow for the replacement of a transformer. Please see highlighted route in image above.
