U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or “Authority”) would like to inform customers and community members on the island of St. Croix of a road closure beginning tomorrow Saturday, July 22, 2023, at 7:00 AM for the duration of the day. Motorists traveling along Erik Lawaetz Dr and Euclyn "Pede" Prentice Jr. Drive at the intersection of Breeze Way (Kennedy Rd.) should choose alternate roadways throughout the day. The purpose of the traffic diversion is to allow the Authority’s Water System Maintenance crews to complete a water line installation in Estate Golden Rock.
