U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or “Authority”) would like to advise the public of road construction on St. Croix beginning tomorrow, August 3, 2023, from 7 AM – 4 PM on Mars Hill Road between the Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR) and the Target Service Station next to Centerline Road. Flaggers and signage will be on site, and motorists will be re-routed through the Target gas station.

The Campo Rico Waterline Rehabilitation Project will benefit St. Croix’s Campo Rico community by improving water quality, reducing system wide water loss, and improving infrastructure and system reliability.

The Authority thanks the community for its understanding and patience, as progress towards water infrastructure upgrades continues.
