U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or “Authority”) would like to inform customers and community members on the island of St. Thomas of a scheduled outage occurring Saturday, September 2, 2023, from approximately 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM, affecting customers on Feeder 7E and 9E. The purpose of this outage is to allow safe manhole entry during transmission line troubleshooting.
