U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or “Authority”) would like to inform customers and community members on the island of St. Thomas of a scheduled electrical service interruption occurring Saturday, September 2, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, affecting Feeders 7E and 9E. This temporary outage will allow WAPA personnel to safely enter a manhole in order to troubleshoot a transmission line.
