U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or “Authority”) would like to inform customers and community members on the island of St. Thomas of a scheduled electrical service interruption occurring Friday, December 1, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  During this time, 552 customers on a portion of Feeder 9C in the Bovoni/Nadir area will experience an interruption in service to allow WAPA personnel to safely replace a broken pole.
