U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or “Authority”) would like to provide customers and community members with its holiday business office closure schedule:

• Monday, December 25, 2023 – All offices closed for Christmas Day.
• Tuesday, December 26, 2023 – All offices closed for Boxing Day.
• Monday, January 1, 2024 – All offices closed for New Years Day.
• Wednesday, January 3, 2024 – St. Croix offices closed from 12pm - 5pm for Crucian Christmas Festival – Food, Arts and Crafts Fair.
• Thursday, January 4, 2024 – St. Croix offices closed for Crucian Christmas Festival – J’Ouvert.
• Friday, January 5, 2024 – All offices closed for Crucian Christmas Festival – Children’s Parade.

Customers can continue to process their transactions in the following ways:

• Pay online: Visit www.viwapa.vi and click on the “Pay Your Bill Online” button.
• Call for Automatic Bill Pay: 340-774-3552 or 340-773-2250 - Select option 3.
• Drop Box: Pay via money order or check at business centers at Port of Sale (STT), Sunny Isles Business Office (STX), and Market Place (STJ).
