U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or “Authority”) would like to inform customers and community members on the island of St. Croix of a road closure beginning tomorrow Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 7 A.M. for the duration of the day.  Motorists traveling on Centerline Road, west of the Emancipation Drive intersection, should choose alternate roadways throughout the day.  Please see map for outline of impacted areas.

The purpose of the traffic diversion is to allow the Authority’s Water System Maintenance crews to continue Clean Water Action and complete installation of all lead-free components to the service line in Stoney Ground.
