U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or the “Authority”) announces to the public that the Port of Sale Customer Service on St. Thomas and The Marketplace Customer Service Office in St. John has reopened after a temporary. Port of Sale Customer Service office hours will be from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for the remainder of the day. The Marketplace Customer Service office hours will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The St. Croix district offices hours are as normal from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
