ST. CROIX, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS (September 9, 2024) – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or the “Authority”) advises the public that the Customer Service and Business Office on St. Croix in Sunny Isles will close from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. today, Monday, September 9, 2024, due to low to no water pressure as repairs continue on the main waterline leak near KFC Sunny Isles.  

While the Customer Service office is temporarily closed on St. Croix, office hours in the St. Thomas/St. John district remain unchanged.

Customers can continue to make a payment through the following ways:

• Online: Visit www.viwapa.vi and click “Pay Your Bill Online” in the top right corner.
• Phone: 340-774-3552 or 340-773-2250 - Select Option 3
• Off-Site In Person: Pay at First Bank, Banco Popular and Bank of St. Croix branches.
• Drop box: Pay via check or money order at all business locations.
