U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS (March 3, 2025) – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or the “Authority”) informs customers that the St. John Customer Service Office will be closed today due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customers can still complete transactions using the following options:

• Online: Visit www.viwapa.vi and click on the “Pay Your Bill Online” button
• By Phone: Call 340-774-3552 or 340-773-2250 - For Automatic Bill Pay, select Option 3
• In Person: Visit First Bank branch on St. John
• Drop Box: Available at all WAPA business offices
