U.S. Virgin Islands (May 20, 2025) — The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or “the Authority”) informs customers that its online payment services will be temporarily unavailable on Saturday, May 24, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. due to planned system maintenance.
During this time, customers will not be able to process electronic payments via the WAPA website. The Authority recommends that customers complete any urgent transactions ahead of the maintenance period to avoid inconvenience.
