WAPA Business Offices to Close Tomorrow Due to Weather Conditions

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS (September 23, 2025) – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or “the Authority”) advises the public that all WAPA business offices will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, September 24, 2025, due to the anticipated adverse weather conditions associated with a tropical wave approaching the territory.

 

Customers experiencing service-related issues may contact WAPA’s 24-hour dispatch center by calling 340-773-2250 or 340-774-3552 (Option 4). Outages may also be reported online through the Authority’s website at: https://www.viwapa.vi/customer-service/report-outage-or-problem.
