U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS (October 10, 2025) – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or the “Authority”) advises the public that Customer Service and Business offices territory-wide will be closed on Monday, October 13, 2025, in observance of Virgin Islands –Puerto Rico Friendship Day.

The Authority proudly celebrates the deep cultural ties and shared history between the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, serving as a reminder of the strength of our unity and the lasting friendships that connect our communities.
