St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands (September 25, 2026) — The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority ("WAPA" or "the Authority") advises customers that its current Port of Sale Customer Service Office will close early at 3 p.m. today, Friday, September 25, as WAPA finalizes the relocation of customer service operations to its new office at Four Winds Plaza.
The Four Winds Plaza office will open for regular business at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, September 28, with a grand opening celebration at 9:30 a.m. Regular office hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Customers may continue to make payments at the payment kiosk located in Petrus Plaza, across the street from the Frenchtown Post Office. The payment kiosk and drop box at the Port of Sale location are no longer available for use.
WAPA looks forward to welcoming customers in need of in-person service to Four Winds Plaza.
