U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or “Authority”) is conducting a poll to measure customer’s preferences as it relates to the frequency and type of alerts disseminated.  The “Text Outage Alert” Poll is one of many tools being utilized to help improve customer service and ensure the Authority is incorporating informational updates in an efficient manner.  The Authority encourages all members of the community to participate in the poll.  Your feedback matters and is valuable to future decision-making!
